Bring your information to life
CES builds applications, data integrity, and reporting around the process you already have. If spreadsheets are still the system of record, that is the job. We start with the process. We will not force a generic package onto the office.

Utility applications that make the day shorter
A well-built Access database, a barcode tool, a reporting engine — these still move a business when they fit the work. We take multiple data sources and align them into your flow so spreadsheets and paperwork are no longer the system of record.
We also migrate older systems forward and scale them as you outgrow a single source of data or a single location.
- Start with the business process, then choose or build the application
- Data integrity and controls that a workbook cannot provide
- Web applications, reporting, and integrations between the tools you already pay for
- Design-studio and agency development support when creatives need a serious engineering bench

Data strategy
If the data is muddy, the decisions will be too
A good data strategy is a plan for how you collect, manage, analyze, and use information to hit real objectives. We help define the processes, technology, and structure so data-driven decisions are possible — not a slide in a deck.
- Objectives tied to the business, not to a tool
- Governance: ownership, access, quality, privacy
- Collection and integration from the systems you already have
- Architecture that can scale, with security designed in

Questions
Development FAQ
Do you only build big platforms?
No. A barcode tool or a reporting engine that fits the work is still the job. Rennroc exists because some shops need a larger system of record.
What happens to our Access database?
If it still fits, we keep it honest and backed up. If you have outgrown it, we migrate the process — not a pile of tables with no owner.
Who owns the code?
You do. We write it for your business. The trail and the source are yours.
Do you work with our designers?
Yes. Agencies and design studios use our engineering bench so creatives keep control and do not have to staff a second shop.
How do you start if the process is undocumented?
We start with the process anyway. We watch the work, write it down, then choose or build. We do not pick a package and force the office to match it.
Will you sell us a platform instead of fixing the spreadsheet?
Not if a smaller tool is the honest answer. We will say that.
